Signing Ceremony of Sinar Primera and Gaw Capital’s Data Center Partnership Agreement

Jakarta, November 1, 2023 – Sinar Primera has entered into a strategic partnership with Gaw Capital Partners, a prominent Hong Kong-based private equity firm in the real estate sector. This collaboration will focus on the development of a state-of-the-art Data Center in Batam, Indonesia. 

This strategic partnership underscores the commitment of both parties to seize emerging opportunities in the digital infrastructure sector. Sinar Primera will hold a minority stake in this project and will play a key role as the development manager, while Gaw Capital Partners will be the primary investor, providing solid financial support and investment expertise.
