Deddy Djaja Ria
Director of Sinar Primera Group
As the Director of Sinar Primera Group, Deddy Djaja Ria is responsible for leading and managing various aspects of the business, including development and growth strategies.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Bina Nusantara University, Deddy Djaja Ria has over 25 years of experience in education and leadership positions across several business units, including education, property, and land. His extensive experience in various business sectors provides him with a competitive advantage in leading the company.
Kah Jin Hong
Head of Sinar Primera Group
As the head of Sinar Primera Group, Kah Jin Hong is responsible for managing the overall real estate business, formulating, and executing investment activities across various property sectors. Mr. Hong has more than 25 years of experience in real estate mergers & acquisitions (M&A), financing, real estate investment trusts (REITs), asset management across a wide spectrum of segments including industrial, residential, retail, and hospitality to list a few.
Mr. Hong worked with Lippo Group in managing the development of a 3,000ha industrial township and led asset dispositions to Lippo’s two Singapore listed REITs. Moreover, Mr. Hong was also a part of the founding core team members that grew and established Keppel Land as the largest foreign developer in Vietnam. During his stint with CapitaLand, he held an important role in the establishment of Ascott Residence Trust.
Mr. Hong is a member of CPA Australia having graduated from Monash University in Finance and Accounting.
