Chasing Q3 Handover Target, Sinar Primera Focuses on Developing a Built-to-Suit Warehouse in Bekasi

Bekasi, July 2026 – Sinar Primera continues to strengthen its commitment to providing modern warehousing solutions through the development of Sinar Primera Industrial Narogong (SPIN) in Bekasi. The company is currently finalizing the construction of a built-to-suit (BTS) warehouse for an oil and gas company, with handover targeted for the third quarter of 2026.

As part of its expansion strategy, Sinar Primera is also evaluating the development of a cold storage facility within the SPIN area. This addition is expected to complement the existing dry warehouse offering, allowing customers to fulfill both cold and dry storage requirements within one integrated logistics hub.

Developed on approximately 27 hectares of land with a planned warehouse area of 165,000 square meters, SPIN is designed to support the growing needs of various industries while strengthening Indonesia’s logistics infrastructure.

Sinar Primera’s warehousing business expansion is part of the company’s long-term growth strategy that began in 2022. The successful operation of SP Logistic Hub Pluit, which commenced operations in November 2023 and serves customers in the frozen food, seafood, and dairy sectors, has provided a solid foundation for further growth in the logistics and warehousing segment.
