Sinar Primera Group officially marked the beginning of construction for its Sinar Primera Industrial Narogong (SPIN) project with a groundbreaking ceremony in Narogong, Bekasi. This strategic development aims to provide a modern, efficient, and integrated logistics and industrial hub.

The ceremony also marked the start of construction for a built-to-suit warehouse for a leading multinational energy company, which will be the first tenant of SPIN. Spanning 27 hectares, SPIN will offer a range of facilities, including dry warehouses, cold storage, and customized built-to-suit solutions.

The first phase of the project, Warehouse 3 (WH3), is scheduled for completion in Q4 2025. With a building area of approximately 14,300 sqm, WH3 will feature a 12-meter ceiling height, 3.5 tons/sqm floor capacity, and 24 loading docks.

SPIN’s development supports the government’s National Logistics Ecosystem (NLE) policy, focusing on sustainability with green areas, water ponds, and eco-friendly systems. A symbolic tree-planting event post-ceremony further underscored Sinar Primera’s commitment to environmental responsibility.
